short version: be reasonable.

by using seller intel, you agree to:

• not abuse the rate limits or attempt to bypass our scrape ceilings.
• not share your bearer api key with anyone outside your household.
• not use the service to scrape data you have no legal right to scrape (amazon's public pages are fine; sellers' internal data is not).
• not use the model output as a guarantee. estimates are estimates; we publish the confidence band for a reason.

we agree to:

• keep your data private (see /privacy).
• not delete your data on a failed payment (per the studio's shared policy — the lights stay on).
• not change pricing on you mid-subscription without 30 days' notice.
• refund a paid month if our model output was demonstrably broken (a category sweep that returned nothing, an alert system that missed an obvious move).

the service is provided as-is. seller intel is not affiliated with amazon, jungle scout, helium 10, or keepa. all trademarks belong to their respective owners.
